VERY BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IS NULL AND VOID!!!!!!!

I have been experiencing issues with debit orders and reversals. I cannot get hold of any of their contact details, I have sent through countless emails but no reply. They still have an amount of R832 owed to me as they lapsed my policies and i had to start all over again, now they are not responding and should my premiums not go off and something happens to my family members during this time, who will be held responsible. I am very disappointed with this service. ANGRY
