I made a claim with doves still no response no calls what so ever I have to call them and ask what's going they don't tell you the exact documents needed you go to the branch and they will say the docs are not enough you go back home and go back to them they will say something else is not there and bare in mind I travel with a taxi.Gugulethu mall doves is useless
