Unsatisfactory service

<p>We have a policy with doves n when my grand uncle died i immidiately went to put in my claim but the problems started,they claim that their claims only take 24hrs bt i dd my claim on a monday n its friday now bt nothing has happend yet ,we called even the head office but still nothing n not even a phone call to let me knw wht is happening . </p>
