Unprofessional staff

<p>I submitted a claid on Tuesday the 25 of APRIL at the pier 14 branch . Till today the claim has not come through and when you phone them ..the staff says they will get back to you but no one does..this is very poor service because u have to wait 8 days to get the claim whereas when they advertise they say 24 hours. They need to upgrade their standard because I am not happy with their services at all.</p>
