UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

I have called Doves THREE times and sent them 20 e-mails - NOT ONE COURTESY REPLY EITHER BY E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE. I tried to contact them before our father passed away - not even a response then. He has since passed away and we had to employ the services of Thom Kight to attend to burial for us. I sent through all documentation to Doves last Monday, 1 July 2019 and TO DATE, no form of sympathy, e-mail response - NOTHING
