I've been getting sms to say my policies has unpaid premiums for January and February month 2020,Today the 7th of March 2020 i went o Doves branch Edenvale where i met Priscilla who said to me the systems shows that im paying my premiums per month even Jan and Feb are paid,but my other policy has lapsed,then i ask her,why the other policy lapses because i'm paying them monthly and she said she will send email to headoffice on Monday the 9th March 2020.
