The worse campany

I took insurance with this company and I paid them for a year then I lost my job and went to their branch in Gugulethu to ask them to cancel the debit order as ill be manual payments to them, the consultant they gave me the wrong policy number meaning that I've made payment for 6months to the incorrect policy and when I realized this I went to they biggest branch in Salt River more than 4 times beginning of the year and still today it hasn't been sorted and they promised me a refund as my original policy lapsed.... I would never recommend it to any one
