Worst customer service ever they don’t care about their clients at all after more than 20 years of my grandmother being loyal to them they failed her they couldn’t provide a decent coffin for her and they said they don’t provide a tent, or a family transport for the funeral and when we requested for a refund they said they only going to give us 40% which they said it is only R10000. I honestly don’t recommend dove if you want your loved ones to be buried with dignity, love and respect.
