Shame on Doves funeral services

My dearest Mom passed in her sleep and earlier today we agreed to make use of Doves services to collect her body and finalise funeral arrangements etc. So finally at 13.39 I call speak to a young lady who promises the undertakers would be at home within 1 hour maximum. After getting zero feedback as requested and promised the driver would contact I call back again at 16.37 and speak to a young gentleman who again needed to take down all the information for a second time after telling him the reference number etc. I specifically requested him to let me know when the driver would arrive. Yet again NO response. At 16.57 I call back again and a giggling unprofessional lady answers. I state my case and demand to find out where the driver is. After putting me on hold eventually I hear a driver in the distance so I request his position and timing to be told he was in Bellville which is roughly 32km away and 30mins at best. At that stage I was furious and told him to cancel. I want Doves to know that not only are your staff unprofessional but heartless and certainly do not live up to your pretentious values on your website. Shame on you Doves!!

I immediately contact your opposition Avbob who arrive in 20 mins as promised with the most professional empathetic team and a job well done to them!!
