Shabby Doves

Dove's Randburg has 13 lights not working in their chapel, viewing room, toilets and wake room. The fridge does not work, only the freezer. In the case of load shedding there is no generator to keep the sound system going and nothing to heat water for tea and coffee. With all the funerals they have at big prices one would think an electrician would have been called in to fix the lights, but nothing. The sms they send says " you are now in good hands". Certainly automated and definitely untrue! The paint is peeling off the walls in the ladies bathroom, the sink and toilet are badly stained. The whole property is in serious need of renovation. Doves is happy to rake in the money but not plough one cent back into the property to make clients happy. I had my parents funerals there about 15 years ago. Nothing has changed. It has really run down since then. Seems like their head office never goes around and does inspections - so slack!
