Sence of Urgency please

I have an issue with Branch Manager Ntombi Xaba to please have a sense of urgency especially when we need her assistance during this difficult times. We cannot always calling her thousand times ,send whatsapp messages and not respond in reasonable time.i understand she might be busy and stuff but there should be a way to deal with such situations.
