They deserve zero star next to their name, we have experienced the worst service ever , we are being told to speak with a robot to submit the claim for our father from thier Gatesville branch , what is the point of having these branches all over south african if we must soeak with a robot when we ant to submit our claims.? there is no care or what so ever if you don't want stress when you have lost you loved one stay away from doves all they do is to collect money from innocent people.why do we have to fight for the service that we have been paying for ?
