I had policy with Doves which last year when my brother died i had some difficulties with getting paid a cash back money. I would like to say thank you for your assistance as they paid it. Recently the premiums were increased my mistake was that my old number the sim card was damaged, the lady from Pep store has made me aware of that i call which same day they send a statement via email and membership certificate which their service was outstanding.
