Poor Service from Dove Funerals

Am so disappointed in the service provided by Doves Funeral that opened in Gugulethu Mall Cape Town . Now that it’s time to claim failure to do so . My policy BMT*** . My claim number CL/2024/0613. I’ve been sent from pillar to post with no luck or direction all because of merged policies. Contact number ***. Advise to email claim forms to multiple email address still no luck . My Id number *** . My uncle passed alway a 72 year old unable to bury him due to poor service
