POOR SERVICE AND PLAYING TRICK GAMES

I am so full of disappointment with your services. I made a call last week complaining that you never deduct the money on the 1st of May, of which that was inconveniencing me, because I experienced that in April as well. I spoke to Lesly one of your team members he promised to make a special debit to be run on the 10th, the 10th was yesterday and no money was deducted from my account.

Please tell me, what is it that you wanna achieve for these kind of tricks? Why are you tricking my account to be behind? What else do you want me to do? If you guys are enough of my money, or can’t serve me anymore, please let me know, and pay back all the money that I have been paying you for unsetisfactory services. I am really tired of this back and forth, or you get entertained by the calls that I always give you. They are so tiring shem, as I am a very busy person and don’t really have time to be chitchatting with your company. May payment is behind because of doves or because of lesly, because he made false fully promise to me. Please advise with the next step from here.
