Poor customer service

I submited a claim on Wednesday, it was approved the same day. I recieved an sms saying it has been approved money will be paid in 48 hours. I am still waiting till now. When you call their customer service, you hold for over 30 minutes and sale consultant says their finance department have a backlog, that's it. Im so disappointed in their service.
