Policy not paying on time and getting bad attitude

I'm laying a complain about Dove Funeral Service in Mpumalanga Lydenburg, I was helped by Michelle Mduli. The policy delayed to pay, she gave us attitude where as she was the one who made a mistake on her side, she's complaining about load shedding and no service on her work phone.

We signed the documents on the 7th of March 2023 and she made her own mistake plus she's not admiting to her mistakes. It's 10th of March 2023 and we are still waiting, she telling us about waiting for 5pm or tomorrow morning. Mind you the funeral is tomorrow and we need this policy to pay.

It's the second time we have the same problem here at Doves in Lydenburg Now we can't proceed with the funeral because we are waiting for the policy to pay. This lady who works here at Doves Michelle Mduli has a bad attitude and she doesn't know what her job description is.
