Policy Insurance

My Name is Mary Malope Msiza, My late brother(Joseph Manda Malope) had a policy with Dove which I offer to take on when he passed on in 2016 since he had all our siblings coved on it, Yesterday I went to check the update on the policy only to find out that my late brothers family is covered twice on two different policy. I remember asking them to add my late brother family on our siblings policy and they agree but all this years they have being deducting my account twice and insured my brothers kids on both policies, when I ask them how is that possible they need to cancel my late brother's policy since he passed on four year ago they told me that only his wife cause cancel that policy hence the double payment is deducted from my bank account all this years. how can they insured one kids on two policies and they still refuse to rectify the mistake that was supposed to be clear four year back. Dove is *****ing people's money and they are not even ashamed of what they are doing, what if that money was coming from the kids investment account, by law if the main member pass on his/her kids must be covered on the policy with no premium. Am paying R470 and R344 for both policies I ask to cancel one but still they are not willing to rectify the mistake after so many years of *****ing my money only because I volunteer to take on my late brother's siblings policy. Please I need that policy number *** for R470 to be cancelled with immediate effect and refund my premium for all this years.
