Policy

I am asking on behalf of an employee that works with me. She started a funeral policy at 26/09/2011 with the amount of R 245. She added the 2 grandchildren in 2016 and payed R 285. It increased every year. It is now R 618. Her brother died first and last year her father died. To my knowledge why must she still pay the FULL AMOUNT IF THERE IS 2 MEMBERS WHO DIED ???
