Pathetic service , Poor communication and delayed payement

I lodged a claim with doves 6 days ago, the consultant promised to email the claim forms and never did, i then resorted to visiting the Alberton branch and submitted all required documents, 4 days later I still have not recieved payment for a funeral claim. I was told to keep calling since there is no outbound call centre- they care less about their clients. they do not communicate what so ever.

My sister lodged a claim with OM and the funds were paid within a day , yet Doves claims to have a 1 day claim process which has proved to be a lie, They sell lies and are abusing consumers . why do you take pride in being a 100% black owned business if the very same blacks are being exploited and **** to.
