Pathetic service

Doves is pathetic. I cannot believe what a terrible company they are with no hearts. They are rude. I am waiting for my refund but nothing. They are quick to repsond if things in their favour the minute you prove u right they ignore you. Tbe 1 star in not even worth it they deserve no stars. N this will be taken further for you pathetic service
