Overcharged on Dad's coffin

Doves took days to collect my fathers body from the hospital and I did not get the car for seven days for the funeral arrangements. What's worse is that I got overcharged for the coffin. Some guy called me from the Uitenhage branch and asked for my bank statement because the finance department wanted to deposit the money into my account. It's been months now and I have not gotten my money back. It's bad enough that I lost a parent but to be ****** in the process is hurtful. Do not trust Doves guys.
