Nothing dignified about their service

It’s ironic how their tagline is about offering a dignified service. My father passed away in September 2024 and wanted to be cremated - it was suggested that the ‘eco box’ be used for a cremation. The eco box is a glorified cardboard box in the shape of a coffin.. To make matters worse, they handed my mom my dad’s ashes in a cardboard box. Surely for the amount that people pay there are certain areas where it’s common human decency to not cut corners? A bit of effort by providing a semi-decent package for the ashes would have been in much better taste. Not a single thing about their service was dignified and it’s left us, as his family, feeling like we’ve let him down in his death by using this service provider.
