no one should consider joining dove

I have been emailing dove callcentre since last week and no one has gotten back to me, i would never ever recommend anyone to use them ever, they are ridiculous yet very fast to take peoples money, they have been debiting from me but not once did they send me my policy documents funeral documents, ive requested and no respond and they also not responding now that i want to cancel, im planning on getting my lawyer to sort this out cause they clearly *****ing now
