Doves is a money ******** business...they increase my previous from R480 to R610 without informing me, when I asked, they told me is was because of the pandemic covid 19, No letter or notification was issued regarding the premium change, I had to request a letter from them as confirmation, so for sum insured amount of R12,300 I have to pay half of the sum insured amount ( R610) as part of my premiums!!!!??????...yet there services are kaark none of the things they promises was part of the service issued when I lodge claim,i am very angry and I'm taking this matter to my attorney!!
