Missing Ashes

My father in law passed away 20.05.2014 Doves funeral homes Strydom Park handled the the arrangements and cremation. The new branch manager Willie (who was not the branch manager at the time) has tried his best to assist. I was handed over to the Regional manager Mr Vincent Khumalo. Finally I thought this matter will be resolved. Still nothing I have tried call Mr Khumalo no answer - sms no response. Where are my father in-laws ashes we paid for this service it has been dragging on for 4YEARS. Shocking
