Doves Funeral Parlour should be reported they are misleading people and not offering the services or not explaining how their funeral cover works this is the 3rd time that we experiencing difficulties when handing the book in my relatives have been paying on this book close to 50yrs my late uncle paid 150 was in-advance by 6 months when he pass on July 22 the book was worth 6000 what is 6000 worth to bury someone he died thinking that everything is up to-date They have to explain to people that they have to up grade the book once year or something not let them carry on paying years late it has no value
