Late payment of claim
I am very disappointed in avbob with their poor service, my husband logged a claim on Tuesday for his uncle who has passed, the claim has not been paid out. How are we supposed to bury our uncle with no money, the funeral is expected to be on Saturday, this is very unprofessional and showing lack of consideration and empathy for your customers.
