Lack of transparency and accountability from Dove Funerals and Insurance

Dove Funerals and Insurance has increased my monthly payments by more three times the agreed payments, without any justification. I have raised a complaint with this company and I have not had a single response from them. My advise to all is to avoid joining Dove Funerals and Insurance as the are not transparent and accountable.
