<p>My father-in-law passed away suddenly last week. We called Doves to assist due to the well-established reputation. While the gentlemen who assisted us on the night, as well as the undertaker (Julius) were kind and compassionate- the agent we have dealt with at Braamfontein (Corrine) has no compassion, no patience, and no professionalism. A week later and we still do not have a death notice - something she blames her driver for daily. We spoke to our doctor and she had arranged the notice last Wednesday already and arranged with Doves to have to notice accessible at their convenience. She ordered the totally wrong coffin for my father-in-law and blamed me for the misunderstanding on the day of the viewing -with no apology for the mistake. Please do not use this service if you are going through something similar- it is awful to lose someone you love and then have to deal with someone so indifferent and rude while trying to arrange the farewell.</p>
