Horrific service and insurance!!

My mom passed away on 19th of Jan 2021. She had a Doves Funeral Policy, which they refuse to pay out to me, stating that she was the beneficiary on the policy. No matter how hard I try to explain to them that the insured life on a FUNERAL policy can never be the same as the beneficiary, apparently they can't grasp it.

Furthermore, they refuse to give me a value of what the policy is worth. They want me to first furbish them with the cost of her funeral. Now how to they expect me to do a funeral (or give them the costs) if they refuse to pay out her policy. Do they want to ***** whatever is left? Pathetic!!
