Horrible service

I had this Doves funeral policy from 2011, My mother passed away and I am trying more than a week to get the money paid out. I have send all the documents through and also called on numerous times. I received no help and still waiting for the funds to be paid out. What must one do to get assistance. Loosing a loved one is hard.
