Heartbroken

I made a claim since last week Friday 11 February 2021 till today 18 February 2021 no feedback. I submitted all the documents when I call them no answer. When they answer their phone they say the claim haven't been registered. They are slow to pay us but we pay our premium every month. My number is ***.
