GHOSTING is correct a Funerals GROUP
A very good company turned into a nightmare ghosting entity that does not respond via emails to the call centre and whatsapp advisors that just stop talking.
Very disappointing considering that I grew up with Doves and both my father and Grand Father worked for them. From a dedicated and trustworthy company to something to be considered a ****.
BEWARE is all the I can say.
