Funeral Policy Payout

My Mom passed away on the 15 June 2024 and had a policy with Doves which she took out in April 1955. I have tried to reach them to claim on the policy and have had no success. I tried with their on line communication and have had no response. Then I tried the contact number and they weren't working. When I eventually got through to them, the kind gentlemen that assisted me, said he had to put me through to another department. He transferred me and after a couple of rings, the line went dead. I haven't been able to get through again. This is very frustrating.
