Funeral Policy at Doves

I do not know how Doves Funeral Policies go. My mom had her policies during 2005. She has been paying and now on the 03rd January 2020 I went there t o pay and was told all her policies lapsed on the 01st Jan 2020.

How come when they even do not open on public holidays?? I requested to see the manager and was told to wait. It was after 1hr 30mins when I asked that the manager is still coming and the lady told me it arrived and left, mind you I don't even know the manager. She called her and was told she is busy with official something outside and will come back on Monday though I was not going to see her because of back to back meetings.

Today, as in now, I went to see the manager and now i am told the policy lapsed on the 2nd as she dis not pay for November and December. I took out my phone and asked my nephew to get the receipts for November. The story now is changing that it is December and September. We were never told that we were behind up until now. I was like a zombie, no smses or anything to inform us.

These funeral parlours sometimes can send you to an early grave serious.
