FUNERAL ****MERS!!!!!

My father has just passed away, I have been using their services from 2011 to 2023. When I went to go and claim the money an insurance that is covered for 5000 that is supposed to be paid out, i was informed I am behind due to the premiums that has increased yearly, bare in mind I never got any form of communication what so ever from them not a phone call or email or letter to inform me about this and upon payment every month I wasn't informed about this premium change, but here I am finding out I am behind, another thing that upsets me is that I am only getting out is R900!!!! how *** for so many years and this is all I'm getting to bury by father because of this so called premium increase. Honestly you guys are ****ming people, i am in mourning and don't know what to do to get him buried, all I want is to have him rest in peace but this is the **** service I am receiving from you.
