Funeral insurance

I joined Doves funeral and services on 2020 the suppose to deduct the money from my account they did all that for all these years until lastyear when they decided to not deduct the premium,,,

I called the and was told to visit the branch to fix that, was told to phone and and speake to the consultant from the head office and I did that they activated my premium so I had to deposit the money by the following monthend they were suppose to deduct they didn't..

In my fear of loosing the money I've paid for all these years I keep on begging them to deduct they dont😡😡😡
