False marketing & incompetency

I have expireince a problem of not getting feedback after taking policy in April was advise that premiums increase once a year 1st Jan as also the cover will increase for all beneficiaries on the policy as increase happened in January but no increase on the cover spoke to different call centre agents as advising inflation that never mpacted me in 2017. spoke to Sibongile team leader who advise will get feedback before end of business day till today no feedback. Does your policies increases more than once a year? when the increase happens why cover does not increase. cos in my life since had policies from other insurance they only increase once on their financial year including the cover not once... Please advise with false marketing that i received policy number
