The worst service ever,dont ever be mislead by this funeral service, they do not give correct information at time of opening the policy When the actual funeral need to take place doves do not pay for the main part of the funeral which is the cremation but the consultant says every thing is covered in plan A funeral cover The worst part is when you claim for the money instead they do not give it on time for funeral to take place you have to source finances from else were to complete the funeral on time ,thank God I called dove branches and requested what this package compromises of A really big company with so little ethic n value no wander I did not find one good review on hello peter
