Everything Late Funeral - the Doves way

<p>We arranged a burial service on Friday 2nd December at Doves Edenvale office for our Mother . Who passed on 1 December. The Service was arranged for 3PM on Tuesday the 6th December in BNedford Gardens</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed that :</p> <p>The hurse 5 Mins before three at the church – delaying the service<br />The were no leaflets these were specified and ordered<br />There were no Flowers – These were specified and ordered<br />The leaflets were delivered 10 mins past three o clock – even further delay<br />No Flowers arrived – they were not ordered by your staff. <br /> </p> <p>I am VERY dissatisfied with Doves. A Funeral is paying the last respects to our deceased. Doves spoilt this for all of us!</p> <p> </p>
