Elderly abused by Doves Funeral Service

We received such bad service from doves funerals services in Durban. Our family lost the man of the house yesterday. Doves came to collect his body. We viewed the body today at dove funeral services and the deceased had bruises and blood coming from his neck and ear. This was such a sore sight as he left the house without any bruises. I would like an apology, explaination and refund. This is very unprofessional from Doves Funeral Service in Durban
