Doves/360 Insurance: Food voucher

In Dec 2020, I lost my mother in law and we put in a claim at Gezena branch. All other services and benefits were received except the food voucher. Since Jan 2021 my attempts to claim this benefit fell on deaf ears. I have been sent from pillar to post each time they promised to get me someone to resolve my issue.
