DOVES RIPS MY MOTHER OFF!!!

My late mother had a paid up burial policy with Doves at the time of her death which we only became aware of after her funeral...I contacted Doves and submitted all the documents they asked for..Doves have now just contacted me to say I need need a letter of authority from the high court...this for a measly R5000...I have already spent a week running around for all the documents they required...now they expect me to take a day out to go get this letter of authority from the high court...I'm sure if my late mom knew this she would not have taken out the policy..ESPECIALLY NOT WITH DOVE....well Doves from me to you...you are welcome to keep the R5000 which is nowhere near what it cost me to bury my mother...going forward neither my family or myself will have anything to say or to do with Doves...I hope the R5000 serves you well....
