DOVES POOREST SERVICE PROVIDER!

If there was a zero star I was gonna rate rate this service provider with a zero. Doves has the worst service ever. They always don’t deduct the money on the date I have agreed wit them. I have to give them calls regarding this matter 😩. I am so tired of this. They are telling me that if the debit date is on a public holiday or weekend they can’t deduct. They confirmed with me that many clients are complaining about this, but there is still nothing they can do about it, what kind of a service is this😭. At this stage I wish I can cancel service with them, but they know I have been with them for years and if I cancel I will be the one losing, and they will gain all my money I have been paying them. The only thing they know is to increase the police without increasing the cover, they are good at that. I am just not happy to be with them, very unprofessional and providing the poorest service ever! 🚮.
