DOVES POLICY ?????

Doves PATHETIC SERVICE & OVER CHARGED So my Dad had a Doves funeral Policy for 17 years, at R45 per month = R9,180 With Guaranteed services. They say cremation costs not included?? Really??? Firstly Doves takes 3 week to eventually sort out that the policy exists. Then we get an invoice for just over R4,000. When I suggest using a cheaper by half cremation service, they say NO, they use this particular one and that is it. All I can say is DO NOT USE DOVES!!! We had the same issues with my Mom's policy in 2015. I am glad that they are not here to see this fiasco. With my In-Law's we used an AVBOB policy and it was a pleasure to conclude the formalities.
