DOVES PATHETIC SERVICE

So we were informed telephonically that we can eventually collect the ashes of our mother. We arrived today at the Vereeniging branch with whom we have been dealing, only to be informed that the ashes are at Vanderbijlpark. WHY?? I ask you? These *********** idiots are absolutely terrible!!!

I contacted the head office and have yet to have my call returned..
