Doves just don't care and are ***********.

My Mother and I have been subscribed to Doves Benoni Branch for the last 15 years for Funeral Policies. My Mother passed away about 2 months ago and I instructed Doves Benoni Branch [Cynthia } to go ahead with the cremation which They duly did. I have however after numerous calls and emails to Doves Head Office still not received My Mothers ashes...Doves just doesn't care and are ***********....do not use them.
