Hello Peter My name is Thembeka and I have been with doves insurance for three years but my trouble with them started when I tried to enquire about my premiums increase. They have increased their monthly premiums as of now I am paying R500 but my cover remained the same at R30000 and wasn't happy with that and I tried to have them call me since December and even posted on their Facebook page but they have since blocked me and when I try to call them on the number they gave me they said I should send them an email they but I'm so disappointed in them I want to cancel my cover because this is ******* and I need all my money back.
They have failed me dismally. Doves is ripping people off and their services in dealing with small disputes is so terrible I need all my money back. My number is ********** 550.
