Doves is a ****

Doves is very disappointing. My premiums just went up by 67%. Which is an absolute madness. Especially because I was given something that I did not even ask for.

I have had 1 policy (my family 8) with them and it was working perfectly fine, in 2021 I asked for the same policy for different people and I was given something else, I was told it works exactly the same as "my family 8" just under a different name. Even the benefit amounts are the same. They don't send monthly statements by the way, so I always have to call and check how much I owe because I pay odd amounts. As Usual in Feb I called, asking if my account is still okay and I'm told the "my family8" is perfect while I'm in arrears with the 2nd one. That's when I got the shock of my life.

Are insurances even allowed to go up by that much? a whole 67% with the same benefit?
